● Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older: 1 film-coated tablet 3 times daily. If necessary, a single dose of 2 film-coated tablets may be taken. A maximum daily dose of 4 film-coated tablets must not be exceeded. The interval before the next dose should be at least 8 hours. Paracetamol + hyoscine N- butylbromide should not be used for more than 3 days without medical advice.
